OPEES (Open Platform for the Engineering of Embedded Systems) or Opees is an ITEA 2 project in which several partners work for the European Union.
The goal of OPEES is the creation of a community ensuring long-term availability of innovative technologies in several domains, including critical software-intensive embedded systems, improving the security of industrial strategy and the competitiveness of European software industry. This community is being built around a repository of several components, with the repository itself being named Polarsys.
