This is a stub for later completion of the PTP release notes for release 5.0, planned for June 2011.

Installation of pre-release versions of PTP 5.0

If you are a developer or just like to live on the bleeding edge ...

  • Install Eclipse 3.7 'Indigo' and PTP 5.0
  • Install proxy on target machine
    • The contents of the 'proxy' are under the eclipse/plugins/ directory of your installation. Move the appropriate one to your target machine and build as the 4.0 Release Notes describe.
