We need an mspec and a cquery. What about a cspex file? Anything else?
We need examples of these files. It would be useful to have a template for these files. Project owners coud then fill in the specifics for their project.
Major issues are how to deal with the dependency of the project on ECF code, how to link in a test project, and how to run these tests as part of the build.
