EGF is an EMFT component in incubation. The purpose of EGF is to provide an extensible model-based generation framework. Its objectives are:

  • To support complex, large-scale and customizable generations.
  • To promote the constitution of generation portfolios in order to capitalize on generation solutions.
  • To provide an extensible generation structure.

The following figure depicts the main concepts of EGF.
