Create a Pull Request in GitHub (but do not merge)

The creation of the pull request will trigger the build. It is this build that you are going to deploy to the test staging area. Update the branch until you are happy with the result.

The result can always be consumed before release from the last successful build:

https://ci.eclipse.org/nebula/job/nebula.stable.github/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/releng/org.eclipse.nebula.updatesite/target/repository/

Please note that P2 will not install a lower release. You might want to download a fresh SDK for the test.
