1. Update on SNW sponsorship and next steps
2. Review and provide feedback on updated materials for recruiting new members

Note: The Sponsorship agreement with Eclipse (link below) is necessary for those helping fund the booth and needs to be signed and submitted to the Eclipse Foundation by Feb 12th, so Eclipse can process the SNW contract before the SNW Booth assignment meeting on Feb 15. If we can't make this date, we can still sponsor the event but will get a less-optimal booth location.
