Short discussion and some recomendations:
- get IP Log approval
- prepare release review
- be a good citizen, e.g. sign jars, optimized p2 repository, ensure good adoption,....

Decision whether Subclipse is a workswith dependency in Startdust
Marc Gille needs further information from his project team how is planned to be used. PMC therefore decided to pursue the discussion on the PMC mailing list. The Stardust project will provide initial information about the usage of Subclipse.
