Version Management
Extra are not following the Eclipse release plan, so they don't have to follow the version number of Papyrus plugins (but they still have to keep a fixed dependency on the last version of Papyrus plugins)
The common practice is to integrate the new extra feature with :
- 0.7.0 for the version - (Incubation) at the end of the name
