- 3.4.1 release post-mortem
- We were taken off guard by 3.4.1 release as first time most people used p2 to update
- Exposed some issues around responsiveness to failure and prompt cancelation
- Found some problems with mirror application not properly mirroring all artifacts
- Integration of reconciler tests, fixes for Linux/Mac
- Improvements, bug fixes, and testing of the repository mirror application
- Repository cleanup:
- Merged repository manager classes
- Adding a repository now causes it to be enabled
- Next starting to look at moving from URL to URI
- PDE close to having exporting plugin from workspace into host Eclipse
- Need to push on cancelation handling, making cancelation more responsive
- UI workflow reorganization underway in branch
- Still in progress, but those wanting to load the branch and give feedback, it would be appreciated
