Development Rules For Papyrus (DRAFT)
Context
As the number of contributors on Papyrus increased a lot this passed year, it seems to be a good point to put some good practices down in writing. This discussion is a starting point to choose those rules.
Some of thoses rules should be checked via checkstyle to be managed via Sonar at the end.
