STP Targetted Runtimes

STP has the goal of providing a place where tools for many parts of SOA development and provisioning can live. Without the runtimes that act as the SOA Infrastructure however, we don't get much :)
This section of the wiki is dedicated to tracking both feedback and requirements from the developers of SOA infrastructure runtimes.
