Sirius 4.0.1 is a maintenance release containing only bugfixes, and is part of Eclipse Neon.1 (4.6.1).

Sirius 4.0.1 was released on 2016-09-07 (tag v4.0.1, commit ba672386055a90c173080f95cd673b28bc8a58dd). It is available from the following update sites:
