Preferences - where to put them. In a folder or spread out. Probably best under the various topics. But, it may be a good idea to put the company brand in the name of the preference. Eg. "WebLogic Web services" preferences not "Web services" preference as that could collide with another name.
Question: should all context menus also be on top level menus? [We think so, but ask on the mailing list]
