Next ECF maintenance release: when?. ACTION: Scott will send email to ecf-dev proposing Dec 28 or 29 for 3.5.5 maintenance release.

Building/Deploying (with Restlet and Restlet integration repos). ACTION: Scott will send email to Jerome Louvel, project lead for Restlet project, about their plans WRT inclusion of Bryan Hunt's ds+httpservice code into Restlet.org repo.
