Performance issue and DS.
- Decided to cache the Service-Component header in CachedManifest object
- Look at more advanced caching in the framework in 3.6.
What is left to do for Equinox SDK repo build and Galileo "runtime" category.
- Tom does not have p2 commit rights so p2 team needs to tag the p2 sdk feature
- p2 also has a releng project. Should we make this consistent. Not for 3.5. Pascal to open a bug.
