Provide Axis2 Preferences page
Create a Web service preference page to hold details specific to supporting Axis2 Web service runtime, for example:
- java2wsdl/wsdl2java parameters
- archive generation options
The Axis2 preferences would be used to determine default values in the wizard and Ant tasks.
